Andri Stephanou's workstation requires three adjustments to support neutral positioning during daily tasks. Immediately lower the keyboard and work surface to allow proper arm and shoulder alignment, and consider raising the chair height as needed to achieve the target elbow angle. The employee should also complete a brief mobility routine twice daily using the provided guidance.

2[Simon to refine] Elbows are too open — keyboard likely too high. Lower the keyboard or raise the chair so elbows can settle at ~90–110°.
3[Simon to refine] Shoulders are shrugging up — typically a desk-too-high or keyboard-too-high issue. Lower the work surface so the shoulders can drop and relax.
